Rescue Remedy

Rescue remedy is the most popular, a compound of five of Bach’s original essences, (cherry plum, impatiens, rock rose, clematis and star of Bethlehem). Take a few drops on the tongue every hour during labour. Rescue Remedy can be used as a compress following caesarean section, tears or episiotomy. It is also available in a cream for bruising.
