With all the juices it is preferable to peel fruit and vegetables if they are not organic and always wash the produce thoroughly. Any combination of fruits and vegetables can be used, however, ensure your choice is always fresh and seasonal. Juices are very high in nutritional value and for this reason should be used in moderation throughout pregnancy.
