HCG Levels 3 Months, 1 Week ago  
Just received my levels for 18 dpo
of 1296. Does this seem a little high??
Should I be expecting to see twins on
the ultrasound??

Not necessarily. It is high, but there may be reasons for it, such as you may have miscalculated you cycle. It will just be a wait and see game now.
